    Additional Fees

    1. Cleaning fee: Landlords will charge a one-time cleaning fee which covers the cleaning necessary at the end of Tenants’ stay. 2. Utilities fee: Utility fee is included up to US$100, if it goes over the US$100, the tenant will be liable for the difference. 3. Cable upgrade (per request): Landlord provides basic cable and internet. If a tenant would like to have additional channels during their stay an additional charge of US$75.00 - US$125.00 would be required. 4. Lost/Misplaced Keys: Please be advised that the landlord must collect all key sets provided at the end of the tenants’ stay. If for any reason the tenant loses key(s) or gets locked out and needs to get back into the apartment, there will be a surcharge of US$50.00 to cover expenses for key copies or locksmith if occurring outside of business hours (refer to lease for business hours) 5. Rent Late Fees – Please be advised that rent is due on the 5th of each month. Please make monthly rent payments with appropriate time to avoid being charged a late fee of US$50.00, which will be applied for each time that monthly rent is not received on or before the 5th of each month. 6. Pet Fees: US$350.

    Can I order food delivery to my apartment?

    Yes. The delivery person will either ring the doorbell for you to buzz them up or call so you can meet them downstairs.

    Can I order / receive packages?

    Yes. Be sure to include your apartment number in the mailing address. Small packages will be stored in the mailbox if they fit. Larger packages will be left in the lobby or outside your door.

    I can’t find my mail key. What do I do?

    Please check all drawers, cabinets, or wall hooks first. If it cannot be found, notify the office so a replacement can be arranged.

    Can I have guests over?

    Yes. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially overnight and early morning. Parties are not permitted.

    Do you offer cleaning services?

    Yes. Cleaning appointments are available for an additional cost. The service includes full apartment cleaning and laundering of sheets and towels. Personal laundry can be included upon request for an extra charge.

    Can I get extra supplies (towels, soap, etc.)?

    A starter kit is provided, including a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Replenishment of supplies is the resident’s responsibility.

    One of the appliances isn’t working. Can someone fix it?

    Please contact the office with your address and a description of the issue. The team will respond with maintenance availability and arrange a visit. If escalation to a technician is required, coordination will be handled accordingly.

    How late do we have until checkout?

    Checkout is at 11:00 AM.

    Is there an elevator?

    Some buildings include elevators. This will be specified in the unit description.

    Does the kitchen come equipped with basic cooking supplies?

    Yes. The kitchen includes basic necessities. Specialty appliances such as blenders, toaster ovens, or air fryers are not provided.

    Are pets allowed?

    Pets may be permitted subject to owner approval on a case-by-case basis. Please notify the team in advance if you plan to bring a pet. A pet cleaning fee applies at pet-friendly apartments.

    Is the sofa a pullout bed?

    Some units include pullout sofas. This will be indicated in the unit description. The booking team can confirm if needed.

    Was the building recently renovated?

    Apartments are maintained to a high standard with routine maintenance and renovations completed as needed.

    Do the units have safes?

    No safes are installed in the units. Residents may bring their own if desired.

    Where is the trash disposed?

    Trash disposal location details are provided in check-in instructions. Please separate garbage and recycling and do not leave trash on the street. Collection is handled on designated pickup days.

    Can I check in early?

    Early check-in is subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

    Is smoking allowed?

    All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Violations may result in penalties of up to $1200.
