The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible during the booking. This is a one-time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of the booking. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.
