Booking Deposit
For bookings of 28 nights or more, a deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation and the contract must also be signed. The deposit must be paid before the start date of the stay. The deposit amount is equivalent to one month's booking. Bookings of less than 28 days do not require a deposit.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is equivalent to one month's booking. It is required for bookings of 28 nights or more. The deposit may be retained as security for damage to the Room or Common Areas, non-payment, or other unpaid charges arising from a breach of obligations. The Resident must replenish any portion of the Deposit used to cover non-payments or damages. The Deposit cannot be used by the Resident to cover monthly payments. The remaining Deposit, after deductions for damages, losses, or non-payments, will be refunded using the same payment method. The refund will be made as soon as possible after inspection of the Room and within a maximum of 45 days from termination of the Agreement.
Pay In Instalment
Monthly instalment payments are available for bookings of more than 28 days. The Resident must pay the amount corresponding to the current month by the 3rd calendar day of each month. Each instalment must be paid in full by the requested due date. For bookings where instalment payments are not available, including bookings of less than 28 days, the applicable amount must be paid at the time of signing the Agreement. A single-payment option is also available, under which the total amount is paid in accordance with the applicable contract terms.
